We understand that sometimes things come up and appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. When doing so, please be courteous and give a 24 hour notice. There are a lot of other people that are waiting for appointments at our salon and without any notice, we’re not able to fill that appointment time slot, and our hard working staff doesn’t get paid accordingly.
To cancel your appointment please call or text the salon or cancel online through our booking site. If you are unable to do so online and it is a day or time that our salon is closed, you can direct message your stylist or email us.
A credit or debit card will be needed when booking an appointment and kept on file to secure any future appointments, through our secure booking system we do not have access to your card and it will not be charged unless in the event of a late cancellation or no show
Late cancelations under 24 hours will result in 50% of your scheduled service if the appointment slot is not filled.
Not showing up or not canceling your appointment at all will be considered a no show and will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. after 2 no shows you will be required to pay up and up front and in full for any desired services and online booking will be disabled.
